Real-time flight search and GDS integration
Challenge
Staff searched for tickets manually. The main challenge was to set up an automated process of providing discounts on first and business class flights.
Solution
The search engine with real-time analytics aggregates information from a variety of air companies and GDS and provides customers with access to affordable business class deals. By simply entering the destination and searching the desired travel dates, the traveler can buy tickets with cash or bonus points (miles, loyalty points, etc.).

Booking platform migration and performance improvements
Challenge
Improve the user experience by enhancing the current ticket booking platform for increased speed and convenience.
Solution
AKDev upgraded the framework and libraries from Vue 2 to Vue 3, Vuex 3 to Pinia, and Vuetify 2 to Vuetify 3. We also shifted the build tool from Webpack to Vite for faster builds and a better developer experience. The codebase was refactored and optimized to fully leverage the new technologies. Thorough testing and documentation were conducted to address any issues and ensure a smooth transition.

Flight search and GDS integrations
Challenge
One of the main challenges in the redesign project of the airline website was successful collaboration with a third-party partner for integrating the website with the CRM system.
Solution
Our task was not only to create an appealing visual appearance but also to pay special attention to optimizing the website for search engines and user convenience. In addition to this, one of the main aspects was integrating the website with our client’s CRM system.

Bespoke hospitality web app
Challenge
A German hotel chain needed a system to optimize its pricing policy and increase room occupancy. It was also necessary to develop integration with a Property Management System (PMS) and a Global Distribution System (GDS).
Solution
The system uses complex algorithms to automatically calculate room rates. The RMS continuously analyzes market trends, competitor rates, seasonal demand, and current hotel occupancy. Based on the collected data, the system provides recommendations for optimal accommodation prices for specific dates. Managers can track performance metrics through visual reports and quickly adjust sales strategies.

Cross-border payment and card platform
Challenge
A travel-focused fintech startup needed a mobile solution that would let users handle virtual and physical payment cards, manage multi-currency IBAN accounts, and process invoices directly from their smartphone.
Solution
We developed a React Native mobile app that functions as a complete travel neobank. The app allows travelers to issue virtual and plastic debit cards on the go, create and manage IBAN accounts for seamless cross-border transactions, and create, edit, or pay invoices right from their smartphone.

High‑load travel booking
Challenge
A high‑performance customer support platform for a large travel or hospitality company needed to handle real‑time messaging between agents and travelers. The system relied on RabbitMQ as its message broker.
Solution
Our team analyzed the root causes of the failed load tests, identified configuration and scaling issues in the message broker, and implemented fixes. After optimization, the system passed all load tests, ensuring stable operation under peak traffic. Instant message delivery over WebSocket was guaranteed, enabling travel companies to provide fast, reliable customer support at scale.
