E-Commerce
Our team contributed to the development process of the CRM platform as a full suite of online tools for managing a sports club’s day-to-day activities and communication: training, matches, and events.
Challenge
The main challenge was to reduce the high workload around sports clubs by automating the administrative processes.
Solution
We implemented the Membership registration tool making the creation of groups, teams, or squads painless for coaches. It also analyzes membership, financial and club data with visual dashboards in Platform Analytics.
There are options to integrate a club member data, and even the competition results to centrally manage all the administrative activities.
The online fundraising platform automates the process and brings in funding with secure payment processing.
Result
200+
clubs have registered on the Platform and use it to manage their membership data, communicate with members and raise funds for their club.
Platform made it to set up cooperation with a variety of partners from the technology and sport industries:
Federation of Irish Sport, Gaelic Athletic Association, Football Association of Ireland Integration and others.
