AKDev developed a web version of the platform with adaptive design for mobile and tablet. It is a simple, smart and effective way of managing rental housing and property. The project tools allows the landlords, property managers and housing agents to cover all the formalities related to the real estate renting and to deal with the tenants online.

The users’ recognition is secured as well. They can draw up a digital lease, get their own logo & wording across Platform, complete, send, and add a digital signature to their rental contracts. We’ve integrated NemID / MitID (common log-in solutions at the Danish market) or fingerprint logging into the system.

The intuitive system guides the user through the entire contract and the lease details are stored securely at Platform for both landlords and the tenants.

The system finds the right tenants with a Screening tool. It collects the information about the applicant and validates them in the system as a valid one.
