Case study

HRTech
A comprehensive job search and recruitment platform allowing users to post job vacancies, receive applications, schedule interviews, and close positions.
Challenge
Creating an application that connects candidates and retailers, fostering a community of professionals in the retail industry.
Providing a live feed of job listings/candidates, allowing real-time tracking, scheduling interviews, and more.
Solution
A full-cycle web application for recruitment was developed from scratch for Canada.
The primary business goal was to create a community and automate the hiring process. Users can post a job opening and collect responses to schedule interviews and close the position.
For users, we solved the problem of fragmentation. The entire hiring/job search cycle, including live status tracking and communication, takes place within a single application.
The team implemented a Laravel stack and Vue 2 and deployed in Docker. Key integrations include Stripe for payments, a Gmail API for communication, and a calendar for interview scheduling.
Development was led by a stable team of four.
